Engineers have ordered parts for repair for the right hand side lift in the Nicola de la Haye Building. Due to external supply issues, parts are estimated to arrive by the end of February. As soon as our engineers have received parts they will be on site to repair the lift. The other lift remains in service.
Parts are also on order for the auto doors to the Nicola de la Haye Building, but our contractors are experiencing similar supply issues due to extenuating circumstances. We will issue an update on this as soon as we receive a confirmed date.
Accessing the buildings:
Building users can access both buildings via the doors to the Peter de Wint building. These are set to open automatically between; 07:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday.
Outside of these hours, access via the front door using University ID cards is as follows for all staff and students; 18:00 – 00:00, Monday – Friday, and 07:00 – 00:00 at weekends.
