Support Desk

The Estates Support Desk handles estates requests from students and staff. We aim to resolve all requests in a timely manner and in line with our published service levels.

Staff can review the status of any requests submitted by clicking on View your Current Requests link below, or staff can request an update on a previously submitted job ticket by emailing the Estates Support Desk and referencing the  Planon Job Ticket number.
