The Estates Support Desk handles estates requests from students and staff. We aim to resolve all requests in a timely manner and in line with our published service levels. This covers both Estates and Campus Services related works.
You can request an update on a previously submitted job ticket by emailing the Estates Support Desk and referencing your Planon Job Ticket number. Alternatively, visit the link below.
Urgent jobs must be called in to the University Security team during Bank Holidays on 01522 886062. Jobs that are logged online via the Estates Support Desk on Bank Holidays will not be approved until the Support Desk reopens the following day.
