Support Desk

The Estates Support Desk handles estates requests from students and staff. We aim to resolve all requests in a timely manner and in line with our published service levels. This covers both Estates and Campus Services related works.

Mechanical & Electrical » Cleaning »
Requests for M&E repairs, lighting, heating, toilets, lifts etc. for Academic Buildings. For Student Residencies please contact the Accommodation Office. Request cleaning of a space.
Porters » Security »
Request porterage of equipment, furniture or other items. Request keys, new locks, officer attendance etc.
Building Fabric » Contractor Management »
Requests for Building Fabric repairs, doors, windows, flooring, decor etc. for Academic Buildings. For Student Residencies please contact the Accommodation Office. Requests for hazardous Permits to Work and Authority to Access.
Space Change Request » Access Control »
Management of space planning, allocation, charging and utilisation. Space Change Request forms can be downloaded here. Request card access for spaces.
