Fairtrade products are invaluable in ensuring communities and farmers get paid a fair wage for what they produce.
During Fairtrade Fortnight 2017, the University of Lincoln, hosted a variety of events to raise awareness and further promote why its staff and students should choose Fairtrade. The event was also a great opportunity to work with other teams around the University and fell in nicely with Global Month.
We worked in partnership with a number of organisations including Traidfair, The Body Shop, Love & Chocolate, Divine Chocolate and Liberation Nuts to provide samples of the high quality goods available through Fairtrade practices.
