Estates Support

The Estates Support Desk provides a central point of contact to request repairs and progress on jobs.

Requests for maintenance should be submitted via our self-service platform on Planon, using the most appropriate tile for your request below.

You will receive an automated confirmation with a job number, please quote this job number if contacting the Support Desk.

All jobs are automatically prioritised. Time scales on requests vary according to the nature of the work required.
