Get involved with Farming for Carbon & Nature at Riseholme Park – Student Experience Opportunity 18.07.23 & 21.07.23
~ Rescheduled Date ~ Survey Hedgerows & Pollinators 18 July
Help with monitoring biodiversity at Riseholme Park Farm by looking at how land management and farming methods support native wildlife. The results of the monitoring you do will provide important feedback to the farm managers about how their efforts to farm in regenerative and nature-friendly ways are impacting on wildlife and biodiversity.
This is part of the Farming for Carbon and Nature pilot project, run by SOS-UK.
Join us for a one-day biodiversity monitoring field trip to the farm site, taking place on 18 July 2023 (hedgerows and pollinators), timings approximately 09:00-15:30.
Free transport to the farm will be via the Campus Linc Shuttlebus and lunch will be provided.
Places are limited to 10 per session, book your place on 30 June now using this form. Please be advised that you must be a student of the University of Lincoln to take part in this project.
