Changes to Postgraduate student study spaces

The University is taking forward a phased programme of changes to our estate to ensure we use our campuses and buildings as effectively and efficiently as possible. This includes a review of office and study space across the Brayford Campus, and reallocation of some spaces.

As part of these changes, the Quiet Study Space in the Alfred Tennyson Building, ATB3102-3111 inclusive, will be changing use before the 2025/26 academic year, and will no longer be available to students from 1 August 2025.

Postgraduate students are advised that the following spaces will continue to be available to them:

Estates will be working to evaluate postgraduate facilities available to students moving forward including reviewing required provisions for the Doctoral School.
