This project is now complete. Below you can find an archive of information including progress photos and project details.
As part of the University’s £130m investment programme, we have constructed Cygnet Wharf, which provides 442 new study bedrooms over three buildings on the Brayford Pool campus.
Cygnet Wharf is a key element of our Campus Masterplan. The University aims to provide all students with the opportunity to live in safe, well-managed accommodation on campus or within easy walking distance. The new development addresses growing demand for purpose-built on-campus accommodation and relieve pressure on Lincoln’s private housing stock.
The development consists of three new blocks and a landscaping scheme to create high-quality public spaces around the new buildings while preserving access for water users, pedestrians and drivers.
Please find a gallery below of progress photographs throughout the entire project.
The University is committed to maintaining and developing state-of-the-art facilities which offer an inspiring environment for teaching, learning and research.
