What we do

The maintenance team at the University provide services that enable the day to day running of the physical environment.

The Estates & Campus Services Department budget is used for the maintenance and repairs of existing building fabric, central services and landscapes.

The maintenance list below gives a brief guide to some of the teams responsibilities, but it is not exhaustive.
