Support Desk

The Estates Support Desk handles estates requests from students and staff. We aim to resolve all requests in a timely manner and in line with our published service levels. This covers both Estates and Campus Services related works.

To request a service, please click on the links below which will direct you to select the type of request you require from our Planon Self Service system.

To request an update on a previously submitted job ticket, please email Estates Support Desk and reference your Planon Job Ticket number.

Requests for M&E repairs, lighting, heating, toilets, lifts etc. for Academic Buildings. For Student Residencies please contact the Accommodation Office. Request cleaning of a space.
Porters » Security »
Request porterage of equipment, furniture or other items. Request keys, new locks, officer attendance etc.
Building Fabric » Permit to Work »
Requests for Building Fabric repairs, doors, windows, flooring, decor etc. for Academic Buildings. For Student Residencies please contact the Accommodation Office. Requests for hazardous Permits to Work.
