New clothes bank on campus

A new clothes recycling bank has been installed at the recycling point between Bridge House and Village Hall. The bank can be used to recycle any unwanted clothes and shoes.

The clothing bank has been provided by the Salvation Army. The profits generated from the bin will be split between the University of Lincoln and the Salvation Army. It is intended that the money generated from the scheme will be used to support student-led environmental projects at the University.

The Salvation Army has stated that it is helpful if you can place your donations in a bag before putting them in a bank.
