On Friday 1st of May, The Joseph Banks Laboratories and Minster House were highly commended in the regeneration category at the RICS East Midlands Awards 2015. This category is judged on conservation or improvements to the built or natural environment that contributes to the viability of the area.
JBL and Minster House were also shortlisted in the commercial category.
